Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Two Palms! Each of our greeting card sets is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Gooten. This allows us to reduce waste and support more intentional, eco-conscious production—your order is printed just for you.

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is submitted, it is sent to production, where it is printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. Please note that production times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping method you select. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 4–8 business days after fulfillment.

We currently ship to most locations within the United States. At this time, international shipping is limited—but we’re working on expanding our options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or weather conditions. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to look into it.

Wrong Address or Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once your order has been submitted, as it moves quickly into production. Two Palms is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
