Thank you for shopping with Two Palms. Each of our greeting card sets is made-to-order and fulfilled through our trusted print partner. Because of the personalized, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Timeframe

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your concern. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help resolve the issue quickly.

We gladly offer replacements or refunds for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Printing issues or production errors (e.g., incorrect design, wrong quantity)
  • Wrong items sent by mistake

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Orders with incorrect addresses submitted by the customer
  • Slight color variations due to screen differences or print process
